Yolentha is a devoted Vinyasa Yoga teacher living the Eight Limb Yoga Path of Patanjali and integrating this in her daily life and in her teachings. She’s an inspired practitioner of the Eight Limbs, living through the elements of Nature, interested in Spiritual pathways and diving deep into the power of the Chakra's. She's passionate about what nature has to offer and feels she's part of it.
In her classes you can expect a creative and inviting flow of movements, connecting with Prana our Life Force of Energy and Pranayama (breathing) exercises. She will offer you with kindness the invitation for being humble towards your body & mind. Releasing the Ego and accept the moment you are in.
Already for many years she is a dedicated teacher, giving her students the attention they deserve. Creating fun and inspiring Vinyasa yoga practices combined with beautiful funky playlists, lovely meditations and chanting to bring attention inward and experience the theme of the day/class from the heart.
Since she’s also a Pilates instructor she has a good eye for anatomy and therefor she’s able to assist you into the asana's (poses) in a safe way. Expect a practice in getting to know your body better then you did before and releasing thoughts of the mind you don’t need.
She would enjoy seeing you soon in one of her classes, workshops or retreats.
"Let's flow out of the head, to the breath, into the heart ~ Yolentha"
"Let life and things that happen in it, inspire you to learn, grow, accept and to evolve. Separate the ego from the conscious and allow the body to move with the conscious. Find your flow and be like water.
Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like. (Lao Tzu)
Constant change is an inherent part of the cause and effect nature of life - Parinamavada"
