The team of this women's retreat consists of grounded and inspiring women. Women who came to Earth to share their healing gifts from their purest Heart of Devotion. Yolentha and Ash have years of work and life experience within the sacred field of healing and consciousness work. Lisa has been spaceholding in our work and sharing her beautiful voice. Our chef has years of experience with cooking the most delicious and nutricious plantbased meals.
Our soul missions share one common goal; we are here to support other people on Earth in their journey of healing, remembrance and awakening.

Yolentha feels truly blessed being able to offer this magical sacred work to women from all over the world. She honors her Souls Divine calling, in assisting in the healing of the Earth by helping women in remembering their true essence and embodieng their sacred gifts and potential. With her healing hands and devoted open heart, she has been guiding for over 10 years people in re-connecting with their Soul Consciousness, through healing- and energy work & plant medicine ceremonies. Yolentha is specialised in sacred ceremonial and ritual work, womenswork, inner child, ancestral and past life healing. With years of experience in organizing conscious healing retreats, you can expect a professional, well guided retreat, held within a sacred, safe and gentle atmosphere.

"Ubuntu, I am because you are" - Meet Co-host en Breathwork Queen Ash
Ashleigh, will guide a womb and pelvic floor focused breathwork journey and will offer hands on touch, guidance and energy work. Ash's journey with movement and breath started as a physiotherapist. During her time working in this field, she noticed that she was yearning for more, that there was something missing in her practice and this is when she started learning about mindfulness, conscious movement and breathwork. Through these practices, She found a reconnection with self, healing and liberation. Her longing is to bring humans into deeper connection with the healing power and divinity within themselves. She is passionate about working with woman and has been on this path of feminine healing in her own life but also working with women in this context for 5 years on a group and individual level. Ashleigh believes deeply in the healing power of sisterhood and the magic that happens when women gather. She offers women a sacred space to dive deeper into their own embodied knowing and to peel back the layers to reconnect with our feminine essence and power. Ashleigh believes deeply in the importance of de-colonisation and collective liberation as a key part of this work in restoring balance within ourselves and with our beloved mother Earth.

Lisa will be supporting during the retreat as space holder and will also be bringing in music with her guitar and singing voice. How do we actively participate in the love story that is the Earth? On a journey of deeping her connection with the Earth, Lisa feels a strong tug at her heart to learn more about the systems we live in and how those systems decide who gets to breathe and who doesn't. Who get's to be free and who doesn't. How do we come back to our hearts, stay present with what is moving within us and in the world around us, feel all of it and breathe with it. So we can then step into the world and bring all we have to offer. Lisa practices Cranio Sacral therapy, a beautiful, non-invasive form of hands on energy work. She is deepening her own journey with the Breath in a course that is deeply rooted in Social Justice and decolonization, finding her fire in combining the two with ritual and ceremonial work. Believing this work is a neccesary part to create a new world, in which all beings will be free.

Let fear not stop you for living and fulfilling your dreams! Follow your heart and life force will expand into your future.

How to get to Rose Mountain?
Faro Airport is about 45 minutes drive from the retreat centre. Lisbon is more then two hours drive.
You can already book your flights now.
We will offer an airport shuttle on Wednesday morning with pick up at the airport at approx. 10:00am and drop-off on Sunday at approx. 17:00pm. Shuttle is approx. € 15,- single, needs to paid in cash to Yolentha.
