On this sacred day we gather in circle to bring deep healing to the Grandmother line — the lineage of women who came before us — and to our own womb space, the seat of feminine wisdom and creation. Together, we will journey into the heart of the Motherline, releasing the energetic blockages and inherited patterns that have kept us from fully standing in our power.

Through the spirit of Mama Cita Cacao and the Rose, we will open a tender yet powerful field where the Divine Feminine can rise within each of us — rooted, embodied, and free.

**Contraindications | Safety and Guidance – Cacao and Breath**

Mama Cacao is not psychedelic — she is a gentle, heart-opening ally. If you are pregnant, you are welcome to join with a lighter dose (please inform Yolentha in advance). We will also advise a more gentle breath experience.

A full dose / experience is not advised with certain conditions such as high blood pressure, heart issues, or specific medications. If this applies to you, contact us so we can guide you safely.

A few days before the ceremony, you’ll receive a preparatory email. We recommend a plant-based diet for at least two days beforehand to receive cacao in her purest form. This excludes f.e. coffee, soda and alcohol.
