A women's only ceremony with mama cacao facilitated by Yolentha Ram and an amazing ecstatic dance led by DJ Milla Linna. Two beautiful women who live their lives from the heart, sharing their passion in life by inspiring others, bringing ways to heal body, mind and the inner feminine Self.

This ceremony and dance is a way to reconnect with your inner goddess and womb energy - your feminine energy, which is powerful beyond measure, sexy, creative, gentle and fun. Do you know your place in this world as a woman?

Ceremonial cacao will guide you in opening up your heart for whatever wants to flow. We will drink the seed of cacao with intention and ask for inner guidance, soften into our body and release the control from the mind. The ceremony will invite you to connect with your heart's wisdom and truth.

Ecstatic dance is the invitation to move with your physical body from a deeper state of awareness. Without speaking we will invite you to reconnect your awareness with your physical, energetical en spiritual body and listen to the voice of your body and the voice of your womb. The dance is barefoot and will build from slow music to more powerful music, inviting you to experience the feminine goddess energy within.

To create a safe space we offer this ceremony and circle to women only so we all feel the safety to be, move and explore within ourselves and with each other. Expect a very nurturing, safe and healing experience which is created from the heart. We will offer a mystical cacao ceremony supported by sound healing and beautiful music.

Contraindications

Cacao is non-psychedelic, very safe and gentle to discover and connect with. Please note that if you are pregnant you can participate but will take a lighter dose of cacao (remember to inform Yolentha in advance). There are contraindications for high blood pressure, heart failure and medication use, let us know if you want to know more about this.
